Friday nights

TGIF. She is so good with the Camera. We make great Snapchat shots!

Quick post. Back from dinner around the corner. The local Italian place was VERY busy tonight. It was just me and my kiddos. I asked for a table by the wall or in the corner and the hostess started saying they were reserved. It was so funny I could see the waitress trying to get her to seat us in the middle of the room. Then Bree started jumping up and down and i looked at the young hostess and could almost see a lightbulb go on over her head. “That’s why,” I said. She nodded and smiled and gave me a table where I could keep Bree close to me and not backing up to others, just in case.

The waitress turned out to be a sweetheart, very understanding. And Bree was great! She a bunch of the soft butters they keep in the bread basket, even ate some of her salad (ranch dressing is the key). She ate pasta Alfredo and loved it.

At the very end we could tell she was reaching her breaking point. It was busier and louder than when we got there. The waitress was great. Wrapped up everything quick and got us the check. Bree only started to whine as we were headed for the door. But within seconds and only a few stares we were out the door.

We canceled our plans to head to the supermarket, I could tell she did not want any of that. So instead when we got home my son went! Such a grownup now. I texted him a list and he jumped in his own car and went to he store for me.

Home now. We are all in our PJs. I just went to Bree’s room to snuggle with her and she kicked me out! Lol. Teenagers.
